Returns policy
We want our customers to have the best possible experience but
on rare occasions there may be a problem with delivery or you may
accidentally have ordered the wrong item, etc.
Goods damaged in
transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery.
Please inform us of breakages within three days of receiving the
order & we
will arrange a courier collection.
If you need to return goods
for any other reason any item you order from us can be returned
within seven days for a full refund or exchange. Goods must be unused & in
perfect condition in their original packaging.
We suggest that
you return using an insured delivery (available at the Post Office)
as we cannot be responsible for returned goods damaged in transit.
Remember to include your name and address and whether you would
like a refund or exchange. If you are exchanging a product and
the value of the new item is less than the one you are returning,
we will refund the difference via your original payment method.
This also applies to a full refund.
If exchanging goods and the
value of the new item is greater than that of the original purchase,
additional payment will be required.
When exchanging a product,
you may be eligible to pay a new postage / packaging charge. Please
also retain your original receipt as this may be asked for as a
proof of purchase.
Goods returned to us arriving damaged, or lost,
will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order
is not refunded.
